Captivating Attractions of Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is one of The United Arab Emirates that’s rich in splendor and enigma. Earlier, Dubai was the famous destination as far as tourism is concerned and Dubai property market was flourishing well, however, these days Abu Dhabi is gaining much popularity in terms of real estate sector and tourism as well. Iranian Souk, Abu Dhabi:

An open air souk, located in Al Meena, Abu Dhabi is a favorite destination for shopping lovers. The imported goods from Iran, carpets, hand painted pots and amazingly designed bedspreads are the stuff that is available in the Iranian Souk. These goods range from a variety of prices, and can be found in abundance.

The souk was renovated by the government back in 2007 and its looks were revived along with its culture inherited in it by redeveloping its interior design of green parks, fountains and pools. Just after it was renovated, this place has truly become Abu Dhabi’s center of attraction.

Corniche, Abu Dhabi:

The Corniche just being a road is a wonder of Abu Dhabi due to its beautiful and picturesque view. It is a 6 km long road and it extends from Hilton Corniche Residence to the Sheraton Abu Dhabi towers and resorts. The Corniche is at a 21 miles distance from Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Being undoubtedly the most sought after road, tourists cannot miss the chance to witness the most spectacular views across this road. There are several gardens across Corniche’s lines that make the journey on this road, the most striking coastal drive. Fountains are there at all the intersections of Corniche thereby, making the road all the more beautiful. The lush green gardens and fountains make drive a thrilling experience.

Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi:

















Located at the intersection of the Airport RD & Zayed, the Grand Mosque is named amongst the largest mosques in The United Arab Emirates and was opened in 1990. Its architecture is influenced by Islamic style.

The Grand Mosque is constructed at the Bur Dubai side, and is very close to the Ruler's Court. It constitutes of small domes, forty five in number plus nine other which are comparatively large in size. This beautiful mosque, situated in Abu Dhabi flourishes with aspects like sand-colored walls, stained glass panels and shutters made of wood. Some of the tourists are not allowed to step inside any mosque all around the world, but The Grand Mosques is amongst the very few mosques which is open for tourists visits. But at the same time, Non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the Mosque. The Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi, acts as a feather under its tourism’s hat.

Volcano Fountain, Abu Dhabi:

Along the Corniche Road, there is another incredible attraction of Abu Dhabi named The Volcano Fountain. This fountain is occupied by the Gulf on one side and apartments or buildings on the other. It’s one of the very famous attractions of Abu Dhabi and is situated right at the seafront. The fountain is conically shaped like a volcano and due to the hidden lights; the out flowing water appears to be orange.
